Just-finished, this custom log home was purpose-built for extended families heading West on their Great American Road Trip. With two large king bedrooms (one ensuite) and a bunk room w/four twins for the kids, our cabin is the perfect retreat for family visits to Cody Yellowstone. Fiber optic internet, strong WiFi, Roku TVs in each bedroom, a fully outfitted chef’s kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy views of Carter Mountain from the deck while you dine al fresco. 6 minutes from downtown.

Bring the whole family to our brand new cabin just outside Cody, Wyoming, for an unforgettable adventure! Dive into history at Old West Trail Town and explore the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, home to five incredible museums. Take leisurely day trips into Yellowstone, soaking up the beauty of the park at your own pace. Just east of our cabin, marvel at the wild horse herd in the McCullough Peaks. Don’t miss the excitement of Cody’s famous 4th of July Stampede, featuring a parade, street fair, fireworks, and PRCA rodeo. Your family’s perfect getaway awaits!
Please note the following:
– Our home is located off the Greybull Highway, which can be busy (by Wyoming standards). While the logs are very effective at dampening road noise, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms for light sleepers.
– Our property is adjacent to a vet hospital and across the highway from Cody’s animal shelter. Expect to see (and hear) horses, cows, dogs, and the occasional coyote from the cabin’s deck – it is Wyoming, after all!
– A small, slow-moving but open irrigation ditch is present on the property. Parents must monitor toddlers and young children constantly while outside.
– In rural Wyoming, it always pays to be aware of your surroundings – you shouldn’t have to worry about grizzly bears or wolves this close to Cody, but you may see the occasional snake (or smell the occasional skunk). While we do our best to keep these things away from our cabins, wild animals are going to animal…
Access
The entire cabin and deck are yours to enjoy exclusively. We will be adding a pergola and fire pit for your enjoyment for summer 2025.

Our cabin is just minutes from downtown with its great shopping and restaurants. The Yellowstone Regional Airport is across the highway, a grocery is 4 minutes down the road, and we are 7 minutes from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Enjoy the pastoral views of a country stay within easy reach of city conveniences!

Fiber optic internet (300 mbps) for remote workers, dedicated workspace in primary suite, custom tile showers, vanity counter in second king bedroom, blackout shades in all bedrooms, spacious kitchen with custom island, rustic dining table that seats 8. 4 minutes from Cody’s primary grocer and seconds from the airport, this property offers city services in a country environment. Notes: 1) Pergola and fire pit coming in summer 2025! 2) By booking a stay at this property, all guests acknowledge, accept, and deem blameless Roam Cody Yellowstone for implicit risks associated with their presence at this location, including but not limited to: injury and/or death due to drowning in the open irrigation ditch; potential harm from snakes or other wildlife that could be on the property; death or injury from children or other persons wandering into high-speed traffic on the Greybull Highway. 3) This property includes two (2) bunk beds. Although equipped with safety barriers to help avoid accidental falls, parents use these beds at their own risk and should allow only those children who can safely ascend and descend the wooden ladders to use the upper bunks.
