Property use and visitors
The cabin is offered exclusively for overnight lodging by registered guests and is not available as an event venue. We do not accept reservations for bachelor or bachelorette trips, weddings, receptions, showers, organized birthday or graduation parties, retreats, commercial activities, vendor-supported gatherings, or other event-oriented stays.

A small number of daytime visitors may be permitted with the hosts’ prior written approval. Visitor approval does not authorize a party or event, increase the overnight occupancy limit, or waive quiet-hour, parking, or other property rules.

Outside vendors, amplified music, glitter, confetti, and event-style decorations are not permitted. Decorations, signs, banners, balloons, lights, or other objects may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled, pinned, tied, or otherwise attached to or hung from walls, ceilings, beams, doors, furniture, light fixtures, pergolas, or other structures.

Safety disclosures
By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with:
• The property’s proximity to the high-speed Greybull Highway; children must be closely supervised
• An open irrigation ditch on the adjacent property that presents a drowning hazard; small children must be supervised at all times
• Wildlife that may be present on or near the property

Sleeping layout
Two ottoman sleepers in the great room are best suited for children and may not be comfortable for adults. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether these sleeping arrangements are appropriate for their children.

Your stay includes exclusive access to the Grand Pergola, a one-of-a-kind outdoor pavilion featuring:

• A handcrafted dining table that seats up to 16 guests, ideal for large meals when both cabins are rented together
• A propane Blackstone griddle for casual cookouts
• A Solo Stove fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for relaxed evenings under the stars

You’ll also have your own deck with bistro seating and a fire table, perfect for quiet mornings or sunset cocktails.

While the cabin shares a larger property with one neighboring rental, the Grand Pergola, griddle, and outdoor spaces are fully exclusive to your booking. Please note that the decks of both cabins are visible to one another — these outdoor areas are designed for gathering, not full seclusion.
